Window Treatment Repairs & Cleaning In The St. Louis Metro Area
Victor Shade Company is the only in-store blind cleaning and repair shop in the Greater St. Louis area. This means we do the work right in our shop, saving you both time and the cost of shipping your treatments back to the manufacturer.
We are happy to repair or clean your window treatments regardless of where you purchased them.
Repairs Done Right
Bring your window treatments for us to repair and we will make any repairs required as long as parts are available. We repair all types of window treatments from wooden blinds to motorized shades.
We want to make the process as convenient and easy for you as possible. For a reasonable fee, we can come to your home and remove your window treatments for you and re-hang them once the repairs are finished.
There are a few things to remember:
- If you purchased Hunter Douglas window treatments from Victor Shade and the repair is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the repair will be free.
- If your treatment was purchased from someone other than Victor Shade and is under Hunter Douglas’ warranty, replacement parts are free though we do charge a labor fee.
Have a treatment from another manufacturer? No problem. We will also repair these window treatments for a fee. All repairs are done right in our shop and take approximately 7 working days to complete.
No job is too big or too small. We can make your treatments work like new again.
Victor Shade Company has a professional cleaning department and can clean faux wood blinds, wood blinds, roller shades, verticals, mini blinds, cellular shades, and Silhouettes.
Our ultrasonic tanks deep clean and rejuvenate your window treatments every 6 months to a year with no harsh chemicals. It’s important to remember that shades with mylar centers, room-dimming Silhouettes, and Luminettes cannot be cleaned in our ultrasonic tanks. We will recommend and perform the correct cleaning procedures with all treatments.
Wood blinds are carefully taken apart by our Repair and Cleaning Manager, chemically cleaned, and re-laddered to be good as new.
