We will provide you with temporary shades for any rooms in which you are purchasing custom window treatments. If you wish to have temporary shades for other rooms in your home while you decide on treatments, we will be happy to provide temporary shades for a minimal cost.

Once you have ordered your window treatment and it arrives in our warehouse, we will unbox the product and perform a quality check to ensure that it is in good condition and dispose of all obsolete packaging to save your home from any unnecessary mess.
Once installed in your home, we will test the product for quality and give you an overview of how your chosen lift system works.

We understand that you’re busy. That’s why we arrange a schedule with you to install your custom window treatments that are convenient for you.
