Due to COVID-19, we are dedicated to keeping you, your family, and our employees safe. We will still need to come into your home for measuring and installation, but rest assured we will always take safety precautions such as wearing masks and foot covers and maintaining social distancing.
Virtual Consultations Make Consultations Easy
Need a consultation, but don’t have time to come to our showroom? Or, do you feel more comfortable minimizing the number of people who come into your home? Virtual consultations at Victor Shade make it easy to speak with one of our representatives from the comfort of your home.
We will consult with you online via platforms like Zoom or FaceTime and demonstrate how our window treatments will look in your home while mounted, along with sunlight simulations and lift system demonstrations.
Before you call for a virtual consultation, we recommend browsing our online catalog at VictorShade.com and taking advantage of the Wish list. When you find a window treatment that catches your eye, simply click “Add to wish list.” The product will then be added to your wish list and you can add as many products as you like. When you are happy with your selections, simply fill out the form and send it to us. When it is time for your virtual consultation, we will have your demonstrations ready to go!
We will “walk” you around our showroom and show you how the products you selected operate and the different lift systems that are available for each product.
Finally, we will help you narrow your choices down to one or two products and send color samples to your home free of charge.
How Do Quotes Work With A Virtual Consultation?
If you wish to provide us with approximate measurements for your windows, we can provide you with a ballpark quote. However, once you have chosen us to provide you with your window treatments, we will need to come into your home to take final measurements. This will make us responsible for the measurements and also will allow us to see if there are any additional items we need to discuss with you before ordering. However, because we have had a virtual consultation, you will not need to be near us when we measure, and you can feel comfortable with the social distancing. We will of course wear masks and gloves.
